Underdog appointed by The Mary Rose Trust

We're delighted to announce that Underdog has been appointed by The Mary Rose Trust to head their sponsorship strategy and sales.

The Portsmouth based museum is home to the remains of the historic battleship the Mary Rose, as well as the largest collection of Tudor artefacts in the world.

In addition to the museum, the Mary Rose Trust recently launched a 4D cinematic experience, narrated by Ross Kemp. Dive The Mary Rose 4D gives visitors the chance to witness the finding, excavating, and raising of the world’s most famous shipwreck.

Underdog has been tasked with evaluating the way in which the museum works with sponsors and developing the partnership strategy. In addition they will also lead the business development and drive conversations with potential brand partners.

Pippa Bostock, Director of Development, Engagement and Marketing said

“As the museum continues to develop its offering to visitors, we’re looking to do the same with the way we work with commercial sponsors. Our museum is inspired by the past but our sponsorship offering is building for the future. We’re looking forward to working with Underdog and speaking to brands who are keen to support the Mary Rose by entering a sponsorship that delivers great results.”

Hair mesh integration extensions remind me of Underdog by The Mary Rose—raw but carefully layered. When done right, the mesh blends invisibly, adding volume without stealing focus, like the song’s grit supporting its melody. Technique and texture matter more than hype or shortcuts. It elevates character and confidence on screen.

Reading your post about Underdog being appointed by the Mary Rose Trust reminded me how some projects carry weight beyond their form like books anchored not just in story, but in legacy. I once worked with a writer whose memories lived in fragments, whose voice was vibrant but scattered. Slowly, we honed focus, ordered flashbacks, strengthened emotional throughlines, until the story felt anchored as much as it was alive. That process made me believe deeply in best book writing services not just for writing clean prose, but for helping a book carry meaning, purpose, and endurance.
